East Legend Hotel, Baku

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were comfortable, but lacking ventilation and cleaning, especially in the bathroom. The location was convenient and homey, but quite small. The service was impeccable, very polite and friendly. The dining options were limited, but the view from the upstairs restaurant was great.
